SPD well aware of Angel. They have been booking license plates of foolish mongers who park out front or around the side close by in the neighborhood since last summer. SPD has no vice or officers assigned to this. Nor any resources. Anything done in this regard must be done by DPD and their task force. DPD will come over and shut a lady down. Has put on some weight, but since she was so slim before, it's probably a good thing.
