Well, I was so devastated by the games outcome that I had to see if I could find someone to console me. Not much out there this evening, nothing on 7th at Hill or Oak. Would love to have run into that BSW Funtongue has talked about; hey fun, what time does she stroll anyway? Cruised on up to 18th, and got a shout from a BSW, but she looked like one of the signs of the apocolypse, passed on that. Went on over to the Manor on Dixie, have sometimes found some fun there in the past, but it has been dead as Alexander lately. I think whoever runs the place doesn't know what he's doing, way too many empty rooms for a Saturday night. During the wee hours of the morning I went down to Portland without much hope, figured to drive by then swing on by home when. Bingo! Standing on the sidewalk just south of Bank on 26th, a very pleasent young lady looking for a ride, I know she was because I asked her. After determining that neither one of us was on the city payroll, we went to a quiet spot where she showed appropriate sympathy for my state of mind, along with a few other things she showed me. I found out she is quite proficiant in French, and we talked about Doggies, and even some discussion about Missionaries. She was very interested in my art collection, particularly the old photos of president Jackson, so I let her keep a couple of them, I do have several others. All in all not a bad evening.
