Take the time to look at the big picture and you should be able to read something?
What was she wearing? Her pic looks like somewhat of a low-cut top, yet she didn't allow any cleavage to show in the pic, so that could be a sign?
Where you nude/partly nude? If you got some "wood", it had to be noticed by her. How did she handle it? Did she say anything about it? Did she make sure to massage it, or did she go around it??

If all else fails, just come right out and ask. The worse she can say is no!
If you don't feel like coming straight out, at least give some suttle hints to her and see what she says or what her body language is telling you?

If it's my $, I'm going to make sure I know (before hand, if possible) just what I am going to (or not going to) get.

I replied back to her, about the "draping", and here is what she said:

If I'm going to pay a decent rate for a nude massage, (and I am wanting more than just a massage at that time) than I would prefer some kind of happy ending provided by her.
