When I went to my first massage parlor (The Oasis, Broadway, NYC) in July 1974 the standard was the regular stand up shower, usually solo. My first table shower was at a legal brothel in Nevada in the 1980's. A Japanese lady gave me a table shower, then on to the main event with the American provider. WGS apparently still has an arrangement something like this. In the last couple of decades Korean Massage Parlors have dominated the industry. When Waterbury was shut down this year there were 10 Korean Massage Parlors, none of any other kind. Table showers are a fixture of KMPs.
When the Korean masseuse returns to the massage room after you've undressed, she will usually ask you if you want a shower, meaning a table shower. You don a robe or a towel and go to a specially constructed table shower room. Usually the "door" is just a waterproof curtain. Walls and floors will be tiled. There will be a circular drain in the middle of the floor. There will usually be buckets, and often sponges or loofahs. On the wall you will see a shiny array of chrome plumbing with a spray attachment. The central feature of the room will be the shower table. It is pretty much like the massage table, but with no opening for the face. It is generally dark brown, covered with a waterproof vinyl or such. A cushion, towell, or flexible cube will be in place for a headrest.
The masseuse will usually hose down the table. Or she might splash a couple of bucketfuls of water on it. Then she says "You lie face down" or the equivalent. She might wash you with a sponge, a loofah, or with her bare hands. She generally starts with the shoulders and arms and works her way down. Everything is thoroughly scrubbed, even the crack of the ass. Sometimes the anus will be delved into. Then she says "turn over" by which point you may be hard or well on the way. Decided to check out GS on Sat afternoon. I called ahead to see if my favorite girl Nicole was there, but apparently she's back in Korea. I decided to go ahead and take my chances with someone new though.

First, you should never ask the question that you did over the phone, since you are asking a question that implies illegal activity. Actually the web site does not say anything about the girls' ages, so no, they are not lying. Yes, several of the girls' bodies look pretty good in the photos posted on the website, but I can assure you that none of them are in their 20s, they are all in their mid-30s.
