The cameras are there guys but you really have to look around. If anyone has been up in the Walnut Hills area they may have seen it. It is on a side street Right off of Kemper. It is the 1st street on the right and its a 1 way coming toward Kemper. The Cam sits on top of the back corner of the building and looks toward Kemper and up and down the 1 way. Saw some guy in a van pick up a chick and she was in plain view of the camera on Kemper. Poor bastard didn't know it was there. If you are coming down the 1 way there are signs posted(obviously discretly) of the camera being upon you. Stay safe fellas and don't always look for the cameras to be on the main street just to catch you. If you don't know the area it would be Kemper Avenue which is 1 block down from the corner of MCMillian and Gilbert which is Peoples Corner. Keep going down Mcmillian and Turn right when you get to Kemper and the street is on your Right.

Also Giani, I have seen Sauna and damn she looks bad. Sores on her face and The up and down attitude to follow. Saw her when I stopped by Shell and the corner store. She was very upset because she left her purse in a dates car and he drove of with her purse and all her money.

And what are they going to do to you after you are seen on a camera? I realize Bush is President and there are those who want to strip away our rights - but we still have them. In the public domain your picture can be taken. However a person getting into your car is not a crime. You have to be caught in the act for lewd behavior. Or bust you for solicitation. This takes actual contact with LE.

Maybe it was you that got pulled over shortly after a girl was picked up. For people that frequent the area, being pulled over by the police in this area is routine. Even stopping to have a conversation with a girl late in the evening can be seen as soliciting. But wait Maybe you prefer to be caught on camera doing the deed. Maybe you are a voyeur. Remember the episode of Cheaters or maybe Maury in which the unsuspecting guy is caught picking up a girl. Didn't like the look on his face and I sure as hell wouldn't want it to be mine. That is why info like this is important. It's not so much about being a liberal but the though of someone catching you has to be a no no in most peoples books.

Lets not forget about the commen sense aspect. If police do see your vehicle and license plate number and don't pull you over the 1st time, what about the next time you drive by them and they remember seeing you on camera. How many guys drive around and see cops just waiting to see if you circle around a couple of times looking for women. Common sense tells you that if they can sit in their cars and wait to follow you they sure as hell can do it from a video camera.

On a better note, picked up 5'5" girl named Meridith downtown on Mcmicken. I used my prices the. 20 for Straight and she went for it. This is the girl that had the lights on her shoes and small waist. Great girl with a good personality. Liked it from the back, side and miss. In the vehicle.

She has long brown/black hair and very pretty in the face. Small breast probably about a B if that and a really nice small ass. The Puss was good very wet after a 25 minute pounding. She asked me if I wanted to go again but it was 4am and I was actually on my way home. She has a room and a number which is why you may not see her out that often. But a definite pickup when you see her.

OKAY FOLKS GET SMART .... LITERALLY !!!! Once the weather turns cold like it has started, the SW are NOT out like in the warm weather, but this you know. What you will need to do is gather more valid numbers, even if they never have time on them or are hardly ever on. It is a start, but keep your number private, and use a fake name for her use.

Learn to meet at around about time, on specific days. Find locations/places off the Main strip they like to hang at. It will keep you from circling one area, and have her introduces you to a few of her friends you can get with also. If they are out you can have them direct you to her, or just get with them. Take calling them from a decent real phone booth. Saves time on your phone, and gives them a place to walk to and met at. Keep a few cold beers/pops in the car, to give them, just a good thing to do. Keep a Sharpie type pen, so you can write on anything, especially in quick, tight times.

Keeping your car a little over heated, will help keep a SW in your car longer on a cold day, if you can stand the heat. Each of these SW's will have a warming place, once it really gets cold, so ask them where it is, they will give you a round about spot, because the can't alway be specific.

Never leave your money in sight, or in an open shirt pocket viewable, because a good hug can relieve you of it with a fast hand. NEVER, perform in your car, no matter how cold it is. FIND a warm spot, or ask her for a spot. She will normally have one.

Keep the PRICE LOW (20-25), because they will be glad to get out of the COLD. Try not to pull directly over. Let them walk up to you by parking 3-4 cars away, "TAKE YOUR DAMN FOOT OFF THE BRAKE", put it in park and quickly cut your lights. Never let her get in leaving the door open because the inside and door lights will be on. NEVER EVER TALK THROUGH THE WINDOW, ABOUT ANYTHING, HAVE THEM GET IN THE CAR THEN TAKE CARE !!!

Following SmallFry's report, I took a look around the corner of McMillian and Kemper. I saw two cameras on opposite corners of the same building on Kemper. I am pretty sure that these are NOT police surveillance cameras, but rather security cameras operated by the management of the building. What do you think?

I asked several dudes hanging around the corner, and they did not think they were police surviellance. Not that private cameras could not be used for police purposes (not sure of the legality here), but I think it may be a false alarm about these cameras

Found her on McMnrVine--very hot spot this afternoon, for both SWs and LE! Short-medium, medium build, brown longish hair, makeup covering acne. She says she just got out of jail--knows many regulars (Cat, Sauna, Marie, Julie, Megan, etc). Mentioned that it is getting hard in OTR, and that there are many new girls (not bad for us!) Very sweet person--almost GFE. Excellent (if quick) BBBJTCIM. Looks, 7, technique 8, personality, 9-10.

P.S. Her name could be Beth--but I THINK Bev. Also, Julie let me down big time last week... Not fully trustworthy. And she says Sauna is missing after being busted in a drug bust at Larry's...

Chat lines which you can find the numbers in the paper, i have scored countless times from these lines. In the winter time this is the way to go I just got on last night and found someone 50 for sex whenever I want. Most of these women are just trying to get christmas money to buy presents for their kids. So don't count them out

On a fairly regular basis, talk about the Chat Lines comes up, and it is usually right. This is another example. One old addition is that often I have found as much FREE STUFF, as PayperView(PPV).
The down side if the very often the Freebies are sometime Unattactive and Overweight women, but they work VERY, VERY Hard to Please You. I have found those that even do anal, without asking, they ask you. Some of the PPV are decent, but be cautious, because even the unattactive one have started asking for money, and I ain't talkin about 20-30 bucks. They are asking 50-100. DON'T PAY IT .... JUST WALK OUT/ AWAY. They will get the message, and realize they are NOT worth the PRICE asked. I even had one call me back a few hours later, and settle for 25, for everything. Their Bills need to be PAID TOO !!!

Sice the thought of allowing the Sheiff's department to patrol the Downtown area, the patrols of CPD have been off the hook. The interruppted several opps coming my way, this weekend. I found a few decent newbies, but they did not know the street ropes and kinda Paniced when the Police came close by. I finally told her where to walk to, to meet me, and we got together. Giving her the ROPES Speech, she is now somewhat schooled.

I did NOT see many of the regulars, and I still hear that a few regulars are Prego. That is what happens when they get PIMPS they think they are in Love with. WHAT a JOKE !

The CPD is deep into patroling the areas in mass, even one car coming 2 minutes behind another. They are NOT as I have seen Harrassing Folks, but they are making there presence KNOWN !

GIANI EXCELLENT POST ON THE CAMERA's .... EXCELLENT ! I was just over that way, not looking but actually visiting some friends.

I've seen that camera also....The one that I am speaking of is headed toward the Post office on Kemper and if you drive by they actually have signs posted....I just bought a new camera and will try to take pics this week similar to what you have done.

Word Up I will get at you later this week on the number. I saw her again yesterday morning but she informed me that someone stole the phone which is why the number is out of minutes. Great girl once again. Said she was going to call me and give a new number in the next couple of days.

Also picked up a new face yesterday morning about 1030 am. White girl with an ass that is crazy to look at. Said her name was Julie I think. Probably about 5-5 with short hair. It is brown with blond streaks. She has a pretty face but small tits. Was a total waste of time. Informed me that she normally grabs the money and jumps out the car of white men and runs off. I informed here that is a real quick way to get her ass kicked if messing with the wrong guy. Should have stopped here but I figured I should see where this is going. .20 to fk wen't to a spot and got out and bent her over. Really nice ass again but about 15 muntes into she starts to get paranoid. Her complaining killed the hard on so I just took her back. Not worth picking up. Had on a white sweat shirt and a white hat that she said she just bought.

Also saw a new girl out. Not sure of her name but have seen her several times near the Shell gas station. White with long blond hair and a true fat ass. Saw her one day and someone picked her up before I could get to her so I figured I lucked out but then I saw her 2 nights ago as I was out walking and DAMN was I disgusted. She had a nice ass and decent clothes even thought she had been wearing them going on day 2 but her face had bumps and cuts galore. Looked like she was prepared for Halloween a little early. Anybody have any info about this chick.

Met this girl named Shannon yesterday. She was 5'7, 150#, B cup, average looks at best. She has a nervous personality, and she doesn't keep things trimmed, so overall it was not up to my expectations. But it was only .50 for half and half, so for you bargain hunters she might be worth it. She's got her own place in Norwood, and she says she's available mornings/early afternoons. It tails us all through OTR! She is freeking, dude says be quiet. (I'm not such a happy camper myself!) We head up into lower Clifton, losing the tail. (Yes--I should have kicked them out at this point!).

We end up at "Bubba's" in OTR. She and her dude go in, she leaves her purse as collateral. She and dude head never to return with the front $. Anyone want Julie's funky purse???? (Don't tell me--I brought it on myself.)

So... lots of bottom lines here. Mea culpa--if I didn't find skating on the edge exciting, I probably wouldn't do it. I am SURE I will see her again on the street--what the F is she thinking my reaction will be? So... if it IS the Julie I know, she is anything but new. It is amazing to me that she was candid with you to the point of admitting grab and jump.

Be real careful guys there was an undercover girl out on the corner of MC and Elm on Tuesday. THe girl was a blond with a cutoff shirt that was teal and she had on loose cotton pants and pink house shoes. She was definate undercover. Walked up and talked to her and she said that her name was April. With her help they busted four peolpe that I saw. 3 guys driving and some fool that walked from the school/GED program that is bewteen Elm and Plum. The cars that were pulling people over were and Pontica Grand Am new with a grey color. A Grey Suv new model I think it was some type of chryler. A tan Dodge Intrepid new. And A white Car. Be careful guys when you pick them up. Look back a the basics that senior members have posted on how to spot the LE. This girl would get into the vehicles and drive off. She would just open the door and lean in and talk to them trying to get them to incriminate themselves. I even heard her talking to herself if you know what I mean.

Giani I hate to laugh but man that's funny. But it's happened to me also. But I never let another person in the car, I don't care if the guy looks just like Jesus. There are some girls that will set you up.

Busted is the word on many of the girls and their pimps/drug dealers. LE ran up in one of the chill spots and got about 10 girls and numerous dealers. So that means that many of the girls may not be seen for minute.

Also saw WHITE Chocolate hop into a car with someone. This isn't the problem thought, its the issue that she had another girl with her that usally tries to run a grab and go routine.

Don't know if I saw your UC smallfry, but I did see an attractive female with pink shoes on, at least they looked like regular tennis shoes. This was around 3pm, so may not be yours. Anyway, haven't had much time for mongering in the city, but went downtown several times for business.

RECON:

Cameras: I've spotted two in OTR and 1 in walnut hills. One of the cameras in OTR is above the credit union building on vine. There is an interesection with a one way street right in front of the credit union. The second camera is on the 5th 3rd building on the corner of Walnut and E 12th.
The camera in Walnut Hills is on McMillian St. across the street from the Krogers.

I've seen these types of cameras at work, they are amazingly clear. With that said, if you know where they are and don't bring attention to yourself, no worries. However, don't let idiots convince you the cameras don't pose a threat.

New Area?

You guys might want to check out Price Hill and Lower Price Hill. I believe someone mentioned this area a while back. I found about 8 very nice SWs, 7s and up, during the summer. This was only at night, I haven't been in this area during the day. This area is a lot more tamed then OTR, matter of fact throughtout the entire summer, I saw maybe only 5 police cars, even though there is a pretty large substation present. Saw even less drug dealers, just SWs and a couple of fags. Sorry no specifics, it's a pretty large area, a new area should be fun for you guys to explore, it was for me. :)
