As noted, shops in this list are foreigner friendly (they are being advertised here in English, Chinese, and Korean at Yoasobi). Notice every shop has a specialty / theme in order to compete in their own space. It is the ultimate gacha game. Leicester was good and had just opened 2 weeks before I went (July this year), if you see their banner lineup those are the real girls and I met about a third of them on multiple visits. Saw for an hour earlier this week. Ended up going over though since we both kind of lost track of time. She speaks English though I would use easy words and speak very slowly. I did realize later on she can't speak Chinese but does understand it so we were able to have a conversation between Chinese and English plus translate if need be.
