So when they had a 25% discount, I just loaded $75 on to the OneVanilla Card. When the price is $99 you load that on the card. When the price goes up to $199, you just load that amount on the card.

Then I paused my subscription renewal, and after that a gray button appeared at the top allowing me to enter another card and renew at the regular rate. Not sure if that's the trick or if there's some other reason why it happened that way.
