The Cialis lasts longer but so does the headache. Cialis seems to last about 2 days, whereas the Viagra lasts just the day. No noticeable headache with the Viagra. So, for me, I will go with the sildenafil citrate 20 mg dose since I do not get a headache with it. It appears the 20 mg dose of sildenafil citrate is about the equivalent of the 5 mg dose of tadalafil, in terms of efficacy.
