Good posts on this topic. I would not expect a guy that likes his steak well done to give me the best recco where I can get the best steak, as I like mine rarer. But that doesn't mean the guy was wrong, just different preference. Reccos from guys that prefer the quick typically are not as meaningful to me as I prefer to book for longer time.
