THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY. Soon after we started speaking of it more openly on the board as a tool. Not only did I not want the ladies to widely find out this tactic nor LEO, but because creepers would miss use this knowledge. I've started to notice more and more girls make their pages unsearchable. There are some who were once searchable. Who are no longer searchable. Imagine a provider threatening to post your text messages and / or sex tape to your employer's / family's FB page, she would be blacklisted so fast she would have to change her name and pics to get business again.

They essentially declined but then sent me a text with my name, family members, etc. in it. I'm like, what the hell! I found out quickly that the number I texted the provider from was connected to FB. Now let me say I did go into settings to hide this from the public a while back before I contacted this provider but I'm guessing this function might not work with app numbers. It was an app number, BTW. Anyway, it did freak me out and I was pissed. They were going to blackmail or coerce me into coming to see them or they would expose me to my family.
