In the current climate it is important to be clear on these boundaries. It seems like it would be in Alpharetta but everything on the south side of HBR is within the city limits of Roswell nearly until you get to the water treatment plant.

This is a goofy thing about the Atl metro or perhaps the whole state. For example, there are countless business in Cobb county that have paid and registered their address as Atlanta even though they are well outside the city limits and across the Hooch. Bottom line is: don't trust the city address. Google Maps or this GIS link will give you the accurate and legal boundaries of a city.
