I'm a new HX member and my first two bookings were completely painless, including from a Level 4 provider with an extensive network. Not really any screening to speak of either. HX is a networking site that encourages users to rate each other on safety. While some profiles / agencies have no qualms about BBFS encounters, some view them as unsafe. Without knowing more details, I'm reluctant to comment further on your personal dispute with this agency.
