Approval has been given for the club to reopen. Management just has to decide when to schedule the reopening date, per posts on SCL.
Stopped in for the second time in a little over a week and seemed to be a bit lighter (less structured / rigid) than last week but I may be dreaming. Still have to deal with all the same covid shit but once out of site, things seemed a wee bit better. Could have been the girl and I know each other enough from the past so it was a little more entertaining. Not cheap though but we have to accept what we have for the time being.

On my last visit I was told that they're open noon to closing (I think it's all 7 days now, but not sure). Still is upstairs only. Dancers now dancing on the stage, behind plexiglass panel, similar to the ones around the bar. Low numbers, maybe 3 per 4-hour shift. No private dances, no VIP dances.

Haven't been to a club since before all the covid crap. Think I might visit one that is open now. Which do you guys recommend? And what is the usual rundown of how it goes. Do I have to wear a mask inside all times, or can I take it off when inside since obviously there will be drinking? And do the dancers wear masks? LOL. I know theres no private dances. Do the clubs even fill up a decent amount at night? I'm not going to go if its just me and 2-3 other dudes and just like 2-3 girls. Sounds awkward af.

Looks like they've decided to delay opening until Nov 1st. For now. Its clear they don't want to reopen until regulations have softened. With colleges / schools now opening I don't forsee the state moving to phase 4 anytime soon.
What is the deal with Foxy? They're opening tomorrow and they're claiming on social media there will be dancers. Are there private dances?

Like the other clubs they're only doing stage dances with distancing. Dancers can mingle but how much and how close depends on the club. Don't expect privates any time soon.

Initially was a bit surprised when I saw a dancer & customer heading down the hall outside the VIP rooms, but saw the table when I went up to tip the dancer on stage. Bartender shortly after was bringing drinks and food over to one of the rooms.

I have observed that the "free lunch at noon" is not offered, but since I never came for that, I don't miss it.
Prices are what they were pre-covid. To me, that eliminates greed as a factor. Seems like a business trying to survive, in an environment where the powers-that-be would be overjoyed to have them close.
As promised, I dropped in at Desire on Saturday and asked about the private dining rooms.
Found out that they are now closed with locks installed on the doors. Someone was observed by staff doing something in one of the rooms.
That might have resulted in shutting down Desire.
So no more private dining rooms.
