I was reading reviews on another site (TER) and checked out their top 100 provider list in Philly. It's a listing of all independents, except for our very own Hanna. I'm sure this is a huge accomplishment in the provider world for a young woman who is still learning the English language; among a full listing of independents who speak English fluently and provide services that are not typical at most AMPs.

Congratulations to Hanna for making the TER top 100 provider list in Philly at number 18. In addition, congratulations for making the list as the sole non-independent AMP provider.

Hanna is the definition of a hustler. Send her a congrats next time you see her.

I'll be in your city in a few weeks. It looks like Bella and Fun are the way to go for my first visit. I know I will be able to fit one visit in, but I'm hoping for two.

I'll be in a rental car with my work stuff in it. Where are these two places located and are they safe during the night? It looks like the fee is $60 for 60 but I have seen some difference in tipping mostly $100 - $120. What do you guys usually tip. Is there a better time to go (morning or evening) and one place over the other? Thanks.

160 is standard, anything else is the "tip". First timer probably be asked for 160 up front. Locations on BP or websites.

Never had anything bad happen to my car at either place. Parking in the city is hell though. ! at #$ the PPA.

Find the nearest lot and pay the $20 fee. The PPA. Philadelphia Parking Authority are extremely vigilant. You never see them, but exceed your meter for 3-minutes and you'll have a ticket. So READ the signs carefully.

Ibid above, 160 is the standard fare. Then one needs to be a gent and tip the attendant accordingly. Exception service means a bigger tip. I wouldn't expect it, but any serious problems. Open yer mouth to Mamasan, who will correct things.

Went to Fun city after all of the advice. I saw Annie. She is small and really cute I thought.

Well, I was stuck in Philly for a week of meetings and thought I would like to have my first dream at an AMP. As a matter of fact, the meetings were so bad I decided to have two!

The first dream was at Bella with the infamous Hanna. Yehaa. Great experience the whole way around. The highlights I dreamed about were perfect the breasts, playful nature and great FS. I would love to have deju vu at Bella again sometime.

Fun City was later in the week and this a very good experience, but different. Annie is a tiny petite thing who loved rimming me and was great in K9. The lights in the room were oddly dimmed and the session was a bit rushed as Annie was 15 minutes late.

All in all, two very different dreams, AMPs and girls. Both made my January trip to Philly much better.

Bella / Hanna - 9 out of 10.

Fun City / Annie - 7 out of 10.

I would repeat at both.

But what worries does one have if they are behaving them self? It isn't illegal to get a rub down from a pretty girl.

LE can always arrest you, but if you have done nothing illegal, the prosecutor has nothing to go on. So mind your Ps & Qs and stay on the right side of the law! Do we need a refresher course in proper AMP etiquette?

Perhaps one needs to watch the first 15-minutes of this video 3+ times in case they have an LE encounter?

But, hmmm..... You new to Philly? Can't imagine how L&I and LE aren't in the face of AMPs shutting them down right an left? One doesn't know Philly. I mean really? A swing club on South street gets shutdown over numerous code violations all while AMPs flourish blocks away? Go figure!

But I'll say this. There is plenty of serious crime that Vice needs to take care of to improve the quality of life in the city. Unless there are a mass of neighbor complaints, AMP patrol is a high manpower, low reward endeavor. Last I checked solicitation and patronizing were misdemeanor crimes. Hardly worth the effort for lots of manpower. Raids usually are Federal lead and looking to break the cycle of trafficked women. Apparently those are tough to make stick? CH3/4 was at the location of Bella, got nicked in an operation, but seems to be alive on 3rd St.

Now all of this said, as we venture forth into a Mayoral election in Philly. Having the appearance of "doing something" around election time has been noted to be a pattern. So perhaps some level of diligence (watch the video) is key these days?

What is gained by writing in "code"? Does one feel special? It sure doesn't promote clarity? Who are we trying to hide from?

Just write out the amount. House fee is usually $60 for an hour. Standard tip for good service is $100. Total minimum damages in most AMPs are therefore $160. Of course I see where gentlemen and those looking for a long-term engagement might even add to the tip by $20 or $40 at the end of the session. Thus one could expect a vist to run in the $160 to $200 range.

See? That didn't hurt and it wasn't confusing. There is no club, no secret hand shake and no reason for a "code". Just spell it out!
