Strip Club Reports

I read on the forum here that Silk and Lace has been remodeled and was actually a decent club now. A buddy and I decided to check it out last night. $6 cover charge got us in and the place actually looked a little better than it used to. I was told the lapdances were $10, but honestly I couldn't find one that I would want rubbing against me. I did get a table dance from some drunk chick (non-employee) that seemed like she wanted everyone to think she actually danced somewhere.

We stayed for one beer and decided to head to BBF, knowing the talent would be much better. We talked with the bouncer on the way out, telling him the lack of options was the reason we were leaving. I don't mind tattoed spinners who can't qualify at a better club like BBF, but these girls just didn't do it for me. The bouncer told us that they have a problem with girls just not showing up. Then, days later, they'll show up and want to dance. They kind of have to let them dance because of the lack of girls showing up. So it seems to be a vicious cycle.

My grade: They've cleaned the place up a bit, but it's still on the low end of the scale for Indy SC's

Went to HH, wow. ALL of the dancers loved it!

So a dancer got suspended from her dancing job and now doesn't have enough for rent so she is going to get evicted. She wants to spend a few days or weeks at my place until she gets back on her feet. Is this a good idea?

If you have to ask you probably already know the answer. Actually I know 2-3 dancers I would let do that but they would never ask. I also know some dancers that a perpetually needing to get back on their feet.

JimBeamCoke: see my post #2038 about Kelly, who was suspended from Lenny's. IMHO, your taking in a stray stripper does NOT sound like a good idea.

Maybe it's like adopting a stray kitten. They might look cute at the beginning, but taking care of them isn't so much fun. So you end up letting her out on the street!

Also think abut how if she lives at your place she might give out your address and soon her "entourage" is visiting your house at all hours of the day & night!

JimBeamCoke: She was too coked up to hold a job at a strip club so I let her move into my house. Hell, her friends even pay me a few hundred bucks just to come over and see her. She sure does have a lot of friends.

Then a few months later, after she left, my guitar, tv set, microwave oven, cd player and vcr player disappeared. I can't prove anything, but I'm guessing she found a copy of a spare apartment key while I wasn't around and went out and made a copy of it and kept it. Then she came back later, unlocked the door, and took what she wanted. It was really dumb on my part to let someone I hardly knew be in my apartment when I wasn't there to watch them. I'm older and wiser now.

Tell her for certain specific services of the carnal nature, and. Small improvement tasks on the property,

She can have a day to day lease good for only as long as you and your friends (the land lord among them) are happy, complelely and wonderfully happy.

Food, transportation to her next job interviews not included.

Probably a terrible idea.
