Nice disclaimer. But in any legal proceeding, it won't do you any good. Just like the disclaimers that some girls add to their web site. Most are well written but they offer no protection from arrest.

Yudith is actually closer to the original pronunciation of the name "Judith". For historical reasons too boring to most of you to recount here, almost all Biblical names that begin with a J in English actually start with a Y in the original Hebrew: Judith (Yehudit), Joshua (Yehoshua), etc.
