Since it seems like we have a few newbies around, I'll chime in. The bottom line is that a girl that is carrying is a particular kind of risk. I would guess many of these girls are street smart and if your car gets pulled over by LE she is going to empty her pockets and dump the drugs in your car. That way if she is searched she has nothing on her. If she is REALLY smart she dumps the stuff on your side of the car or in the center console. (strengthens the "within arms reach" argument that the drugs were yours.)

The issue that some LE type taught me is that if LE finds drugs in the car when they do a search, LE "CAN" charge everyone in the car with possession! It is a legal concept called "constructive possession." Yeah, there are a million nuances and human judgement involved in the charging and prosecuting. But the onsite officer makes the call: Right or Wrong. Drug charges are usually more serious than loitering or solicitation, AND to get them to go away might take legal representation.

So while we know most all of these girls doing the SW thing are druggies, intentionally adding controlled substances to the situation presents a particular kind of risk. Just wanted to highlight that so anyone can make their own decisions and evaluations of what is an acceptable risk.

One pass, two passes, three passes and nothing; did not see a thing. There was nothing, nobody, not a streetwalker was walking; not even a mouse.

Timing is everything. It has always been about timing and the luck of the draw. Just before twilight the rain slowed to a drizzle. I did another loop from Letterly to the Donuts shop. I was back in town yesterday and just thought of driving the stroll. LE presence was hot as usual. Drove for about an hour but didn't find anyone out. I went to the usual spots looking for any potential, even drove around a few streets and several back alleys but to no luck so I just went home. Just wondering if it was just one of those days or is there anything going on why the place was so dry?

Hell I've gotten lucky in the middle of snowstorms. So I'm wondering where has everybody gone? My main question though is where are other strolls in the city? Or where have you gotten lucky? I am all over the city with my job and haven't seen other strolls but they have to exist. There can't be only one area to find walkers in. The city is too big for that to be the case. Any insight would be appreciated.

So I got stopped by Johnny Law last night in Kensington. He gave me a huge ration of shit but did not arrest me or otherwise give me a ticket. He told me the PD would be sending a letter to my address about the event as part of their deterrent efforts and good luck getting it before my wife sees it.

My question is, do they really do that? Has anyone heard of this?

Pie hole- I'm not sure about Philly, but I know in Camden they were doing that for a little bit. It was on the news about them doing the letter to the house. Just curious what did you do to get pulled over? Too many drive bys? Looking at the girls as you drive by or just an unlucky night for you to get pulled over?

A cop saw me talking to her and waited at a light for several cycles. She left and her friend came up and got in. We drove off and instead of heading towards Port Richmond road I turned back up into the neighborhood. Next thing I know a cop was behind me. I'm not sure if he saw her get in or it was just bad luck. He let me drive for a while before he stopped me. In retrospect I wonder if he was trying to see into the car to see if I had a passenger or not.

Once he stopped me he tried to get me to tell him what I was doing in the area and where I was going. I kept thinking to not admit to any wrongdoing and did my best to say yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir as he called me names and attempted to get me to admit to something.

He had the girl get out and got her info. She walked back to the car and gave me my license, which I figured to be a good thing for me. After a while he turned off his flashers and pulled up along side and told me to get to hell out of there and that if he saw me again he would take the car.

I think he didn't see her get in the car and so he couldn't charge me with anything. But they are certainly not above lying so I'm not really sure why he ended up letting me go.

I will keep everyone posted on whether or not I actually received the letter.
