I found this sight only about 2 or 3 months ago and have been a off and on reader of this forum. She's not the only SW I have visited in the area for 7th. Seen a women on 22th st Walking north to where all the LEO are on market. She looked a little out of place nice coat a dress with high boots on was always on the phone. UC LEO in silver chevy and light green saturn driving around the Portland area.

While I do not doubt the increased LEO presence in portland. I think it has more to do with the fact that all of a part of 25th was just busted by federal arthuorties for drug trafficking with reported connections to Mexico cartels. Thus the local LEO are showing force in that area. Still I wouldn't by pulling off in an ally for a BJ with a streetwalker in that area.
