Was driving home from work and was going northbound on Euclid, and since it was about 3 in the early morning I decided to scout out some places.
I made a westerly direction on Lampson to check out any locations on Brookhurst.

Sorry I was just excited about writing my first post.
Part of the confusion from this site comes from the stupid shorthand everyone uses for the prices they pay. Sometimes, guys don't use the precise notation. Sometimes they do, but no one understands it.
My understanding of the recent post is that $40 = one hundred and forty dollars.
If the OP meant forty dollars, he would have written .40, right?
I guess some degree of obscurity or confusion is a good thing, as we don't want to lay everything out for everyone, but it cracks me up when everyone chimes in to scold a poster, especially when he did it correctly, or at least more correctly than most.

Not trying to challenge you here, but I am curious how you know that these posts get entered into evidence.
Since the defendant has the right to examine his accusers, which to do so, would require a subpoena, to obtain one or more of our names, which Jackson has never been served.
What one sees on Television is really not like reality. The prosecutor can't just reach into his briefcase and pullout a never seen before stack of papers announcing what is in them, and request that they be entered into evidence.

What one sees on Television is really not like reality. The prosecutor can't just reach into his briefcase and pullout a never seen before stack of papers announcing what is in them, and request that they be entered into evidence.

You are right, and I should have been more specific. I am not saying printouts have been entered into evidence, though they may have. I am saying they have been presented in court.
I have friends who have been involved in trials (or even just sat in court), and also read accounts in local newspapers, where attorneys have brought out sheafs of printouts from various sites.
So, what you say is true, but that doesn't stop some attorneys from pulling out a sheaf of papers and claiming they detail sexual activities in such-and-such club or AMP. As I said, they may get an objection and they may get denied, but I know for a fact that printouts have been presented in court. I was not there, so I do not know whether any of it was entered as evidence, whether any of it was accepted, or whatever. I know also that printouts have been presented at preliminary hearings. Perhaps those also never enter into the trial and are only used to scare the defendants.
I don't know about subpoenas... and I suppose a lot of it depends on how the evidence is being used. There were printouts used in recent cases involving clubs in Pomona and City of Industry. There were printouts used in a case involving a club near downtown L.A. a few years ago. In that case, the printouts were read and entered into evidence not against the defendants (who were two customers and two dancers), but to show a general atmosphere of breaking the law at a particular club, and to demonstrate that touching of dancers was common. Although as I recall that case was dismissed, the printouts were used as evidence. No subpoena necessary.

Well, I got sick of my regular places on Fair, Lake Forest, etc. So I decided to try this new place. Now, let me preface this with one important observation. I've decided that any place that offers a 39.99 an hour massage can't possibly provide HE's. It just can't be possible. I tried this new place advertising on CL, on Tustin and 1st, for 39.99 an hr. I called in advance to see if they had any showers (always a good sign I think). They said yes, so I walked in I was greeted, by what I would describe as a 2. A chubby, just not very good looking provider.
As I was lead to the shower room, I prayed that she wasn't going to be my provider. I did notice a few younger ones waiting, but it just wasn't meant to be. The massage, I'd give it a 4/10. It was just pressure, and not a very good one at that. I was thinking after the first 10 minutes...Why oh why do I do this to myself. To top that off, I felt bad and tipped a .2 even though it really should just be .1 for the hour.

For fear of hijacking this thread, anybody out there care to explain how a stack of printouts from this forum will pass the hearsay test for evidence?
If I was to testify as a witness in court for some hypothetical MP case, I wouldn't be allowed to testify that my brother who is a cop used to be assigned to vice details and told me he's heard that you can get FS for $100 at that MP. That makes for fun conversations at parties but not permissable testimony in court.
I would have to testify that I went to that MP and the woman massaging me told me she would have sexual intercourse with me if I gave her $100.
I don't think a printout of this discussion amounts to Jack Shit in court. How does the jury know who wrote it? Is it somebody in the DA's office writing all of the posts under different screen names? Does anybody know who eachother is?
I fancy myself a discreet guy, so keeping this stuff from being too open is fine with me but I think all of the cryptic cloak-and-dagger stuff is not necessary. If I can figure out that some bloke got "FS for $" means "sexual intercourse in exchange for $100," it won't take very much effort for a detective to decipher it to a jury.
