I saw Tina a few weeks back. Very cute firm Asian spinner. My first time there. Showed me a massage menu on the way in the door. Selected standard hour over some upgrade option. Anyway, this place is kinda hidden. It's on a main road but there's no sign on it other than the neon open sign and is below street level so it's easy too miss. Once I found it the routine was the norm. Rang bell was greeted, asked how long, I went for half-45. Average massage then flip and the negotiations began. I personally hate the negotiation but I had little choice at the time.
The HJ seemed implied but she wanted 80 to allow UTC above, I said 60 and she agreed. UTC did allow not just touching but basically removal of the top for a full time view of the size b's and even a quick nibble.
Overall not terrible but not great. I wouldn't make a special trip but if I was next door. Maybe.

I was there back in May, soon after they opened. What turned me off was the post flip negotiations. She wanted $80 for amenities and negotiated as if she were selling a new car! I simply told her no and to continue with the massage for the reset of the hour.
There are a good number of other, better spas within a few miles.
