Actually LJB, there were a few reviews on TER. I did some digging a while back, and one guy was doing all the reviewing. I posted an inquiry on TER and a couple of days later his reviews were gone. All of them.

Yeah,it's a a scam agency. Both of Angela's reviews mention b&s and upselling. One guy says she demanded an additional 300 but settled for 40 and left a half hour early.
