Sometimes the girls get worser looking after performing cosmetic surgery in TJ.

I have personally seen some disastrous results, and you have no recourse from the legal system for malpractice or negligence. I assume your SB is important to you. For me, it is not worth the risk to save a few bucks.

While you can't generalize, the issue here includes: Standards of accreditation vary by geography and by field / specialty. Cosmetic procedures are mostly non covered so less oversight even by insurance. And very " name you price". So it draws in folks in it for the money not patient care. Liability protection is also nonexistent. Lots to consider here before you go do the "healthcare tourism".

Paying for a cosmetic procedure is sort of an extreme form of paying in advance. We see posts all the time from guys who paid a month's allowance in advance, and then never saw their SB again. Presumably, even in TJ a procedure is going to be more than a month's allowance. I would be worried that after I paid for her bolt-ons, that she would take off with them and I would never get to motor boat them.

I've been here for years and posted a bunch, and had dozens of SBs during that time. Of course I know the risks of trusting someone to deliver who you don't know well. However, I also have had 3 long-term SBs who I did actually give allowance once per month. If you don't have the game to get that sort of girl, I wouldn't do it, obviously. However, I've done it without a problem.
In the case at hand, I'd say the costs would be about 1 month allowance, I'd have proposed doing a few meets with no sugar, then I'd down-payment her plastic surgery. It's always a negotiation. The girl has chickened out, however.
I used Vannila prepaid Visa card for SA premium account payment and SA did not accept it. I did activate the zip code. I did not have this problems for last 5 years. How did you pay for yours? Off course, I do not want to use my bank credit cards. Thanks in advance.

A few moths later, with another OneVanilla card (and new profile) - accepted!
So, what is going on? Two possibilities, it seems to me.
1. There are in fact different flavors of "OneVanilla" card! If you look, you will notice not only different packaging, but also different websites for checking balance, etc. Could it be that one or more work, and others don't?
2. Do you have any history of having your account suspended or being banned? I do, and have gone through a few accounts. For my most recent successful renewal I started from scratch.

However, I am none of above. I bought the same type I used in the past. I checked the packages and it was the same phone number and website to check the balance. The only different is I could not assign the zip code for my vanilla prepaid card: both online or phone number.
FYI: Just got the premium w / generic (not rechargeable) Vanilla, works like magic.

I have recently posted about the next generation of OneVanilla Prepaid I purchased, SecureSpend, but I have NOT tested it on SA.
Just as a reminder to all, often it has been reported if you have a pre-paid that isn't working through the website directly, you can email with SA customer service, give them the info, and they can run it and get it to work.
