Prime time is whenever the worker has the need to fulfill their cravings. My hunting hours are from 5 am to 7 am. There are times I don't spot a soul and then others when I can choose. It's more "miss" than "hit". Good luck in your search and report what you find or don't find. I suggest you try various hours and go with what works for you.

I've seen them walking in the middle of thunderstorms, morning, noon or night. I will say this, things tend to pick up towards the end of the month when rent is due, at least up in Pasco. Prime time is whenever the girls are out and that varies day to day. I have my time that I like, and it works for me. I prefer after dark so it depends on when the sun sets on any one day and then I might cruise until midnight or 1-2 AM, depending on what I have to do the next morning. I seldom strike out. The key is to not get frustrated. Put the time in and you'll get rewarded just like any other worthwhile endeavor. If you half ass the effort, you'll get half ass or no results. And, as always, YMMV.
