Total amateur with some very dangerous things. They often send emails out when they have a day or two of availability. They also announce when new talent arrives.
They sometimes tour, too, so that cuts into the Nashville time. For example, this week two of the ladies have visited Chattanooga.
I would think there might be two hurdles facing a last-minute encounter at SBL:
