I saw her once with no HE, although others have commented they did.
I went to the Q after hearing how great it was. Let's just say, my expectations were far exceeded. I thoroughly enjoyed it. High quality massage and high quality HE. I saw CeCe. It was so nice, I went again the very next day. I asked for CeCe, but apparently she wasn't there.
