I have a usb stick with a Linux OS with built in TOR. Nothing stay's on the host computer. I save all data out to a cloud server. I've even used on a work machine. No trace or history is left on host machine after USB is pulled. Works well for me.

The only real issue is getting your hormone replacement levels properly set and that may take a few months. Every individual is different. That will likely affect your energy levels some but I honestly doubt it should affect your ability to enjoy having sex.

From there, there are various operating systems you can download an ISO image and create a bootable USB key. Since I'm into cyber-security, I have a Kali Linux OS running from a 4 GB stick and it works great.

The "call when ready" is there to stop guys who text forever with no intention of seeing a provider. It's also because so many mongers are "no shows" with no explanation. Had an appointment with her last Monday and had to cancel late (my bad) - she was very upset, said she was having serious $ problems, promised me the world.
