Thank you. I will check out your stuff on Jackson, MI. I've heard the spas along I 94 are good. Someday we mongers should have a convention in the AMP capital of Warren OH. I was at AMP in downtown Jackson years ago. Yep, she would have a problem. Not only did I have to be vouched for by a client, she drilled me harder for info than when getting a mortgage.

If nothing else, treat it as a business relationship. Consider the fact that she thought enough of you to want to spend a little time in your company beyond what she would normally charge for. When someone provides a service that you appreciate enough to repeat the encounter then where is the harm in humanizing the relationship.
In my case, I do have one provider that is now a friend as well. If the girls is worth being protective of then she is certainly worth helping out when a need comes along. In her case I know I am a softy but that is a choice I would make again.
I think it would be ok to buy your provider lunch. Were talking lunch not a Mecedes! That is if it is in your buget to do so and if The Mercedes is in your Budget then what the hell get her that too.
