The pictures overlooking the window in the ad do seem to be taken at the apartment where the spa sentaional girls host. I can't be sure as it could be any high rise of Chicago (or elsewhere). But, for what its worth I think the pictures were taken in the spa sentaional hosting location. But, if your spidey sense tells you something is off I think you should trust it. As I have not seen the girl in question so can't vouch for her.

I know a few others have been to that apartment location so it would be great if they could chime in.
