Here is a new variation of an old scam. Made contact with this one who has advertised on various sites. Gives you the address, when you arrive it is one of the new controlled access apartment building or condo complex. Then asks for a small deposit before she will come down and let you in. This is just a newer version of the same old scam, the only difference is that you wasted time driving to the location. It ain't happening.
