They numb the area and the pain doesn't start setting until a few hours later. I drove myself home from the appt and immediately went back to work at home. To add to the how to hide discussion, I had a friend who's kid hit him in the nuts with a toy, and he had to go to the urologist because of the pain and swelling not long after I had my procedure. Just don't let your wife inspect because there will obviosuly be incisions, but a nut shot excuse could work. Especially if you have to go see a urologist for the pain.

They absolutely wouldn't start the procedure without introducing them to the person who would drive me home. Some of those crafty vets have gone as far as to pull in a homeless person as their ride. They were rather careful to make sure this was someone who would hang out for a bit, etc.

Remember, there are many varieties of girls on SA. Some true SB's and some escorts just using it to advertise. YOU have to know what you're looking for, and what it takes to succeed.

With a true SB (often a student or young professional looking for some help with rent etc. And looking to do something edgy), you have to have an approach that works for them. VS with an escort where all you need is funds and to show up.

I never use SA to hook up with escort types. The true SB types I described above. You need some patience for and probably need to meet them for a platonic date first.
