But I highly doubt they can legally shut these places all down permanently without giving them their day in front of the zoning / health boards, and if they pursue it, in the courts. Maybe someone on this board has enough legal knowledge to educate the rest of us? There will have to be a hearing within a 10 day timetable to enforce the revocation of the license. They have 30 some affidavits to present to the court. If the Spa Lawyers are smart, they will contact all who signed affidavits and find out what the circumstances where and how they where approached. These guys may live to regret what they have done! Being served and forced into court will probably have a major impact on their lives. You may even see a few suicides over what this can be brought too. Again, if you are approached, exercise your 5th amendment right and shut the fuck up! If I where counsel, I would try to publish the names of these guys and bring on a sudden case of amnesia! There is no law that says a man and woman can't have sex! It is illegal to sell or trade for it (so they say) We all pay one way or another! Don't We! I'm sure if there where a gay spa in Warren, the x-mayor would have been there # 1 customer. After all, someone was pulling on those big ass ears!

The more I put this into perspective, the more I realize that its not over yet! Its going to cost alot and things will be fucked up for a while.

Who thinks it would be wise to make a few spas member only organizations, pay a yearly fee, keep non members out and have a whole lot of control over who is coming and going. I for one think it could and should be considered. Some food for thought!

Com site (as doowoptokidrock). Smart. Just this evening I drove by Sun on the way out and it had it's open sign one while that road sign was dark. So what does that say? Oh yeah, we're open. And it had much more lights on than it did on Saturday. And the Eastside place was open too. Got to say goodbye to a couple of my favorites who are leaving later on today. So Fireworks are legal to sell in Ohio but illegal to shoot off in Ohio but you can transport them illegally to another state to shoot them off legally, but the nearest state that legally allows you to shoot them off is Tennessee. And if you don't have your car properly placarded that you are carrying explosives then you will be arrested for transporting explosives across state lines.

So I just go in sign a paper and lie to them that I'm taking them out of state and I can get a boat load of Fireworks?

What if I don't want to lie and say I'm taking them home to shoot them of, will I be denied?

I would have guessed 40-45 for one of them. Maybe that's part of the appeal.

Yes, thanks for the memories, but I am betting that come next January some new spas will open somewhere else. Maybe we need a "Locker Room" that requires vouching, but even that is not a sure fire thing (just ask the mods at Indys. Com). Maybe we also need to PM more and give less details on this board next time around.

I will be checking this site to get updates on the legal proceedings. I hope that the spa's have good representation.

So I picked up the phone on Tuesday night and rang Fantasy. Ada answered and I asked if they where open. She said call me back and unblock your number so I know who you are. I said, I am one of your customers and would like to come by. She said, stop by and let me see who you are. So yes they are open, if they know you. Here is my take on this, While things are hot and heavy, it may be wise to stay away. I would guess surveilance has taken on a whole new light. Are they able to see more now? Maybe hear more now? As I said earlier, you can exercise your 5th, but possibly risk the chance of criminal charges. I don't think it beyond reason to think they may set an example by taking down a few "johns"! The chance could be life altering. Remember in the late 90s when why-town did all the prostitution busts, All the Johns had their pics on the front page of the vindy. I think some of this may iron itself out in short time, maybe a spa or two left. I'm just not sure it is worth risking a visit right now.

Hi I, m new local member been watching in background here. Warren situation sucks big time. Hope it works out in the end for all.

A lotta of lovely ladies will be missed. Fantasies should not be discused and need a better form of promotions for bussiness need looked into for the future.

I never shared needles or pipes with Sophia. I don't use nor abuse any substance. I'm the one that first posted about her alledged drug problems based on my own verifications. Funny thing is that the cops used a statement from a crackhead drug user to prop up their investigation. The other problem is that it's just all flimsy half truths much like your human trafficking posts on here and the other site KiP. Sophia was scamming both Sammy at Sun and Jenny at Ocean for money. From what I heard it was around $10, 000 or more. They both loan her the money and then she freaked out threatening to go to the police as a form of blackmail when she wanted more of it. I know she was funneling the money to her son in NY. So all her statements she filed are pretty much half truths. So it would be interesting to see how that will stand up in court if the defense lawyer gets a hold of that. This is all going to blow up in everyone's faces.

I'm going to just sit back and watch all the fracus that's going to come down. You're right about one thing. Maybe after everything is over there might be a couple of spas left over.

And yes Fantacy has been my favorite for many reasons. You know I frequented many of the spas in the area. And yes I was a SUN fan as well as VIP but Fantacy became my favorite because of the way I was treated there plus the women were much more attractive in many ways. I just didn't like the way Sun was playing dirty over the Summertime. I know Sammy was jealous about Fantacy because they had a younger staff in. Thus the fake STD posts and then your involvement and posts. Let's just say Karma is a ***** and this is one of the many results from everything that was done and said. From what I hear from my sources, BackPage is now under investigation by the feds for interstate prostitution. Stings are now being used to attract customers to prove that BackPage is being used as a conduit for the sex trade.
