I had many massages there too but never had even a hint of extras. This might be possible at some of the other resorts but you might be better off trying to set up some offsite activities instead. Contact with customers onsite might mean their jobs and I am sure they probably would not want their livelihood terminated for your happy ending.

Most resorts demand professionalism from the staff, but once on the beach or behind closed doors anything goes. You will know early during your massage if extras are available.
