I second everything you said in your post. The "Hot Stone" place on Chamblee Tucker behind the QT was a low-rent dive with an ugly mamasan and an uglier masseuse, plus not hot stone massage on the menu! Avoid at all costs. FS was available, but who would want it?

Never ever ever pay the house price until you have agreed on a price with the girl.
