Claire was getting close tho. Yuffie can jackhammer dt but she's usually more subdued and doesn't really have the skills. But she's still quite good.

From what I see, it doesn't ask for any actual personal information, like a photo of a DL or work badge.
Assuming you're already taking the standard precautions of a burner cell, an anonymous email, and not actually using your real name, I don't see how it's any different than just sending the information over to the BGC.

It gets me when people say was she was great or horrible with no clarification. Why be here in no one shares info, everyone gets something out of it. I totally agree if there was a YMMV or a girl did something not normal and she wanted you to keep it UTR then respect that.
