This could be because they don't want them copied, but it could be blocked because they're fake / copied.

Usually by checking reviews and talking to the girls you will get an idea before you schedule something. I would never have a girl to my home for fear of her showing up sometime, looking for money.
I don't know how leo would get involved, but you still need to check the girls out before you call. Check for reviews, google the phone number, get a known provider.

I booked a girl I had had before (and who I originally knew from the old Cherry Club on Manheim) , but she didn't show up and sent another girl. Well this one didn't turn me on (blond and too talkative) but I went along with it only to have her ask me if I was gay, since I wasn't performing fast enough for her!
My rules from then on for in-calls:

You would understand that the would look similar but not even close. And if you open the door they go in real fast and will make a scene because you are throw them out. Rule of thumb don't open door until you are sure that she is who she is. Some come with driver / bodyguards and they may want the fee. Be safe out there.
