Before I post my review I want you guys to know I had a falling out with her back in January over scheduling. We both felt the other had offered to come through, but hadn't done so. Wasted time. Her prices have gone down. She finally realized a $$ qv wasn't going to work. Since the price drop I figured I would give her another try. Like I said in my original review, setup takes forever. First it's "give me 5 minutes" and then it's "give me 15 minutes. Another suggestion is to download TOR browser and use it. It takes a little longer tring to get onto USAG but it works with cellular data.

I had same issue with Verizon. I don't think it was caching issue, because it went away when I used Wi-Fi.
