Call it coincidence but every "legit" is still open versus ones that are "Non-legit" closes. Maybe the "not fit for habitation" plays a part but I've notice all that are not here anymore did have the signs or the feel of living at work. Maybe if wasn't they'll still be open? Possible but who knows. Just my two cents and thoughts. Guess it's time to retire.
