Here's the logic. I am the county Sheriff and I only pull over black guys for speeding. Does that fly? No. So how can they put up a fake ad to set people up for a sting that says "white guys only"? They have to be equal opportunity entrappers, dude!

Are the police allowed to openly target a group, race, creed, etc? I would think not. To setup a sting and openly say we are only going after white men would seem to damage the police's conduct. And Kyowa your comparison makes no sense. Spitznagel is questioning possible police tactics. You are comparing apples and oranges. I think Spitznagel is saying that any case that you could prove that you were targeted and arrested because of race would get thrown out of court with a good lawyer. If I'm wrong please enlighten me.

Hobbying is not a protected activity under the law, unfortunately, since there is no right to engage in illegal activity in the first place. Think about it. If there was a legal right to protect, everybody here could have sued for bait and switch at least once or twice already. How far would that get you? Besides, if anybody had a claim for discrimination it would be hobbyists of the excluded race, and I don't think any of them would be standing up complaining they weren't arrested. It might be bad PR for Uncle to post an ad with that language if it ever came to light, but it would never get a solicitation charge thrown out, IMHO. He said that any fruit from that tree would be so legally tainted it would be untouchable. And he is just the kind of scuzzy lawyer that would defend my working girl-mongering ass on the hypothetical charge LMFAO!

Enough of that discussion anyway think what you want about it. I will TOFTT on one of those ads that says that in the next few weeks and let why'all know if my mugshot turns up on Metro's website haha!
