The matcha ice cream / crepe shop there seems to attract a lot of that type.

There used to be a real popular boba shop now closed that I'd order fried chicken and boba from. Even took a cute college girl on a date there to get to know her. Anyways, RJ's idea is solid. The Mitsuwa setup is great, you don't have to sit at the shop to watch. The main problem with the Mitsuwa food court is some places are backed up and take a long time for your order. Not ideal if you have an appointment in 40 minutes. If you picked Gyutan Tsukasa you'd be screwed.

These girls were amazing, but I also did my research and lucked out. After seeing a few independents, I use those to get into korgs. They network rated me and things got easier and easier. I had a great time with HX girls, but I'm into FOB Asians so focus on korgs. They are also very reliable with good service.
I can't help anyone with screening, I'm just showing the HX process. No point in making it too easy anyways, but all the info you need is there.
Once I built up a good network showing I had used a korg for years, 90% of korgs took HX no problem. I also used it to confirm that the korgs were legit without safety problems, since if they weren't someone would have left that on their network. There was just one exception korg that would not take my HX. SDAG forgot me and force me to rescreen. They said my HX network had no new activity (even though I was still using korgs in my old network). So this here is the story of how SDAG forced me to repeatedly bareback three very young Thai girls over and over for 6 months before they would let me back in:
