If used properly the female condom seems good and if you keep the the wiener in the condom you are good to go. It's a barrier, no more or no less. The failure rate seems to be due to slipping out of the female condom and getting between it and the partners women's private parts. The wiener slips out, unprotected sex, stays in, good to go and I would (and sure the provider) prefer for it to stay in to say the least. For what it is worth, the picture below is from the Mayo clinics site cited by FKNow... Sorry FK, I am a little older, don't post a lot on my vixens because I do no have a lot (wish I did), But I do have have a minor ED issue, and getting erected and entering the main event quickly would be a big advantage :)
