As far as Titans123 is concerned, yes, he mentioned the word "flake", but he also extended some courtesy and said "everyone is entitled to a bad day". And these two guys are not just "fly by night" members. They have been around a long time and are major contributors. But I also respect BH's opinions and remarks. He must have been lucky enough to see you early on and become trusted.
Bottom line, I would advise Courtney to be careful about criticizing senior, trusted members. But I also maintain respect for her, who she sees, etc. And how she handles her safety. But don't get too defensive. It comes across very negative. Bad reviews and / or reports on no-shows, etc are part of the nature of the board and the rules of the game. I don't think they (boards) are designed for every provider to give a rebuttle every time a negative review happens. Especially when they are from trusted members. You are picking a fight with the wrong crowd.
