Those K agencies take newbies as well, but some will do some heavy screening such as asking for a picture of you, or ask you to send an email from your work place, etc. Once you got approved and made the visit, ask then to rate you safe.

Overall, a great time with the girl above. She is not the girl in the photos. She looks fairly different: still blonde, but different looking face (girl in photos is much cuter but in real life she is still not bad, like a 6. 5-7/10 instead of the 9 in the photos). Very sweet though.
