Chlamydia can be quite silent -- you can be walking around infected for months and months. It's well worth it to just get checked once in a while.
What are the repercussions in case if you tested positive for a major std? I know some positive results have mandatory reporting (by the lab or doctor) to state health department or somewhere. Who will get notified or get to see that you are positive?

True anonymous STD testing is considered the best public health policy, I guess you might be unlucky enough to live in a state where they think you should burn in Hell if you get an itch. But, then I'd bet [URL]stdcheck.com[/URL] doesn't operate in those states. I used my sugar email and burner / GV phone number, there's no way they could track down the real me if they wanted to.

Federal HIPAA legislation allows disclosure of protected health information, without consent of the individual, to public health authorities for the purpose of preventing or controlling disease. (HIPAA 45 CFR §164.512).
Many states require the reporting of an infectious disease. If they include personal identifying information is up to the state.
Legality aside, you are a pretty big scumbag if you are spreading disease and personally I'd be more worried about personal retribution than legal.

Google is the service provider for my work. Everything - email, web hosting, etc. I am aware that there might be cross-platform recognition. I do use a VPN for almost all of these transactions, to put me someplace other than where I actually am. IK that google and other sites can pattern match and do other things (MAC address) to identify users. But look. Google's point isn't to try to out me to my SO for nailing a SB. I don't use my GV attached to my real gmail for sugaring or anything else sketchy because it's too close for comfort.
