Another World inSchenectady on Brosdway is closed. Place is fenced off looks like construction vehicles around. Anyone know if its permanent?

Adult World (Altamont Ave) has definitely been busier lately because of it. The back lot at night, has been very cruisy! A couple were taking on bunch of guy out the back of their SUV on a Fri night (week before last).
