Any place that can keep a low profile (and keep the right people happy) can avoid a bust. A low profile means screening customers and not outright soliciting them. The best example is Mandala. They have been around since the 80's and to the best of my knowledge, have never been busted.

Not sure if that's the same Kia or not but either way I'd steer clear of Nadine Grant aka Kia Zamore. By her own admission she's been busted once recently, on the North Shore. She posted about it on another board and said she was getting out of the Boston area. One week later, she's posting on the South Shore, using the same name, same ads and same website. She seems to advertise what she does to everyone and assume she'll know who's LE and who isn't. She's a bust waiting to happen. I don't know about her services, but they'd have to be out of this world to justify the risk.
