It is a way for the masseuse to determine a comfort level with you. How comfortable are you being naked? Are you a cop? If you are extremely relaxed having a table shower then the message to her is that you are not LE and she can proceed with a broader range of services if she is so inclined.
It is also about her comfort with you cleanliness. She may not agree to put her mouth or fingers anywhere that she is not certain is clean. Would you want to? So by refusing a TS you may inadvertently be refusing a BJ or a RJ. You don't know. If you have seen the lady enough to know one another then the TS may be unneeded, but still desirable. I will often get one after the service to clean off any oils they may use, but that is only after I know the lady providing the massage.
Never forget that this is a two way street. It is as much about their comfort level as ours. The more comfortable they are with us the more relaxed and open to addl services they may provide.

One of them might be with another customer when you arrive since rarely does anyone try to make an appointment.

Decided to change up providers and drove across town to Serenity. Got the chubby girl and enjoyed the table shower even though she constantly badgered me for a big tip. Laughed at her when she asked for $100 for HE before the table shower was finished. I countered the standard 40, but told her I would tip more if she took care of me. After an uncomfortable back walk, she started in again for $100 tip and countered again 40. Got an unenthusiastic standard finish. Nothing kills it faster for me than constantly being hounded for more money. I think I'll stick with my Elegant girls who are happy to see me and are more concerned for my happiness than how much of a tip the get from me.
