So here's a first hand account.

I met with her a while back. Pretty easy to schedule when she's posting. Easy to find and lives in a pretty nice place. When I arrived it was clean and smelled pretty good.

She is a beautiful woman. Seemed really intelligent and good conversation. She does have a lot of rules. No kissing, no daty until a few dates later. Good BBBJ but full service was covered.
