According to the NYT article I read, nudity will still be allowed and there's no clear definition of sexually explicit or "porn".

I personally know two OF creators, a local bartender and a couple. I have done it but with a camera shy GF vs a provider. There is an app you can download that will allow you to record with the screen off. I've recorded a car date and notel date with a gopro style camera. My difference is that they had full knowledge of the recording (and I think approved).
