She replied almost immediately, set up a meet in less than 30 minutes and was good to go when I arrived. No signs of being "out of it" or "on something". She does tend to keep her eyes closed, as some in the industry tend to do. I know she may have some logistical issues with her incall if it is real early in the morning as well. But as with any provider YMMV.
