I actually had a nice friendly conversation with her. I asked her why she was totally avoiding me and why did she tell me to fuck off. She genuinely seemed surprised and said she didn't remember telling me that. I asked her if she wanted to date, and she simply said not right now, but said she would be happy to see me the next day. She was super nice and friendly.

The next day, same scenario, she was alone, pulled up next to her and said hi, and she gave me dagger looks and walked away.

I believe there is a reason she is on the street, she has some serious mental health issues.
